Mentorship

Supporting fellow practitioners is one of my greatest joys. As an educator, artist, and practitioner with a diverse and extensive clinical skill set, I offer mentorship to individuals seeking support on their personal journey as healers and guidance to further their craft.

I specialize in biodynamic craniosacral therapy, but my mentorship work applies to bodyworkers of all kinds, embodiment practitioners, artists, dancers, or anyone living a life in a body. This work can take place at my office, in a dance studio, in your office, or on zoom.

I bring thousands of hours in healing arts and dance training, 4 years on the tutor team with Body Intelligence, and the experience of opening 2 successful craniosacral practices- one on the east coast and one on the west coast. I intend to assist practitioners in finding more agency and balance in our lives, thus living by the principles of our work.

Mentorship can include:

• Skill building in craniosacral work, somatics, and trauma reorganization

• Case consultation

• Answering questions

• Personal work- Inquiry around your practice and current challenges. 

• The nitty gritty- website, insurance, basic bookkeeping etc.  Setting balanced short term and long term goals to accomplish the “practical stuff”. 

• Finding ways to promote your own restoration and self care.  Improving nervous system health and building internal resources.

• Somatics and movement (finding new connections in your body)

• Integrating artistic practices with somatic work
  

Rates: $125/hour + travel time if required
Discounted individual rates available for small groups (2 or more)
